For those who thrive in a group setting, Laura offers classes tailored to specific needs, including Onero Bone Strength classes for improving bone density and strength and Strength, Balance, and Mobility classes designed to enhance overall function and prevent falls. These small group sessions provide a supportive and motivating environment while ensuring professional supervision and expert guidance. With a focus on functional movement and evidence-based exercise, our classes are ideal for a range of fitness levels and goals.
