Damien completed his Physiotherapy degree in the University of Limerick in 2017. He gained valuable experience in paediatric, orthopaedic, respiratory, neuro-gerontology, and musculoskeletal conditions.
He has six years postgraduate experience working in busy private clinics. He also has experience working with elite sport teams and professional athletes. He has excellent manual therapy skills specialising in myofascial trigger points and is competent using many modalities including shockwave. He aspires to provide a patience centred approach to care to assist every patient in achieving their goals.
Damien has a keen interest in sport and exercise and is passionate about providing exercise classes for injury prevention and sport performance. He believes in leading by example and partakes in multiple sports and regularly weight trains. Damien has been specialising in tendinopathy care over the past five years and hopes to continue his professional development in Eastwest.
