Welcome to EastWest
At EastWest Physiotherapy, we provide 100% one-on-one care. We look after acute sprains and strains (injuries), as well as pain that presents with no warning.
We love to release tight nerves, muscles, fascia and joints. Our average treatment time is 45 minutes as we believe lasting changes take time. Longer appointments are also available for those patients who need them.
During your appointment, we asses and release the neuro myofascial web of the body, using a combination of traditional techniques from Chinese medicine and modern bodywork techniques from osteopathy, massage, myotherapy and physiotherapy. We also have a 100sqm gym space with the latest rehab equipment, ready for individual or group training.
We invite you to explore our website and learn more about how we can get you back to feeling amazing.
3 Steps to Pain Relief
This vital initial phase is to unlock the protective muscle guarding associated with nerve compression. Tightness, irritability and general aching is associated with unhappy nerves. We are experts at finding and releasing these syndromes.
The second phase of returning to full pain free function is mobilisation and balancing of the muscular, myofascial meridian system. These meridians as described by Tom Myers and ‘Anatomy Trains’ are the key to postural efficiency.
The final phase of return to function is regaining strength, mobility and coordination in the gym. From bone density to disc bulges there are scientific methods of exercise suited to your problems.

The EastWest Difference
We believe lasting changes take time. Longer appointments are also available for those patients who need them.
We treat pain and injuries using a combination of traditional techniques from Chinese medicine and modern bodywork techniques from osteopathy, massage, myotherapy and physiotherapy.
Please wear (or bring) appropriate clothing such as short sports shorts and gym top. As we take postural photos, we require you to be in shorts for males and shorts and crop top for females. Please note the shorts will need to be short for correct whole-body assessment.
No referral is required to see one of our physios or massage therapist.
We highly recommend having physio whilst pregnant. As your ligaments soften and your baby grows a whole new biomechanical challenge is created.
Please be advised that there are 17 stairs up to our clinic and unfortunately there is no lift.
