Laura completed her Master of Exercise Physiology at the University of Sydney, following a Bachelor of Exercise Science, where she developed expertise in designing and implementing exercise interventions for clients of all ages and conditions. During her studies, she gained experience in both clinical and community health settings, focusing on chronic disease management, neurological rehabilitation, and functional movement improvement.
Since completing her qualifications, Laura has expanded her expertise through certifications in Clinical Pilates and Advanced Gymnastics Coaching. Her professional experience includes over six years coaching gymnastics athletes across all age groups and working alongside allied health teams to optimize movement and performance.
Laura has a particular interest in sports performance, biomechanics, neurological rehabilitation, chronic disease prevention, and women’s health. These areas are central to her treatment plans, which focus on holistic, evidence-based care tailored to each client’s goals.
