If you’ve been diagnosed with osteopenia or osteoporosis, or you’re looking to prevent bone loss and stay strong as you age, the Onero™ Program could be for you. At EastWest Physiotherapy in Hunters Hill, we offer this clinically proven strength and balance program to help improve bone health, reduce fracture risk, and support long-term mobility
What is the Onero™ Program?
Developed by Professor Belinda Beck at The Bone Clinic, Onero™ is a targeted, progressive loading strength and impact training program designed specifically for people with low bone density. The exercises are supervised by accredited physiotherapists or exercise physiologists and focus on improving bone strength, muscle mass, posture and falls prevention.
Unlike general gym programs, Onero™ is evidence-based and structured to deliver safe yet effective results for people diagnosed with osteopenia or osteoporosis.

Who should do Onero™?
Onero is ideal for:
- Anyone diagnosed with osteopenia or osteoporosis
- People wanting to improve their bone strength and reduce fracture risk
- Adults looking to maintain mobility, confidence, and independence as they age
- Anyone wanting to build strength now to stay active and capable later in life
Our Hunters Hill physiotherapy clinic runs over 30 Onero™ classes each week in our onsite gym. Each class runs for 45 minutes and is capped at 8 participants to ensure close supervision and individual attention. Group sizes are small, so you’ll get the support you need to exercise safely and confidently.
Ready to strengthen your bones?
You’ll start with an initial 60minute one-on-one assessment to benchmark your progress and learn the foundation exercises. From there, we’ll help you join a regular class that suits your schedule.
